Maildoso
Maildoso sends through a rotating pool of IPs it owns and swaps out blocked ones automatically. Each mailbox is capped at 15 cold emails a day, which keeps the pool healthy but means you need more mailboxes and domains for the same volume. At 300 mailboxes and above it is one of the cheapest options anywhere.
Mailscale
Mailscale sells tiered plans with a set number of inboxes, fast provisioning and a deliverability guarantee. Domains are bought inside the platform, with up to five inboxes per domain. Dedicated IPs are reserved for its Unlimited plan, from $1,000 a month.
Cost at the same daily volume
For 1,000 emails a day, Maildoso needs about 67 mailboxes at 15 a day. Mailscale’s 50-inbox Business plan covers it at $119 if you send 20 or more from each. The cheaper mailbox is not always the cheaper setup.
The third option: a dedicated IP
Both are shared infrastructure, so your placement depends partly on everyone else’s sending. InfraOptimal gives you a dedicated IP included in the mailbox price: 50 mailboxes are $95 a month on monthly billing, $70 on annual, and 34 mailboxes cover 1,000 emails a day for $65.
