InfraOptimal vs Mailreef

Mailreef and InfraOptimal both give you infrastructure no other customer shares. Mailreef sells it by the server, adds a fee on every email and starts with a demo call. InfraOptimal sells it by the mailbox, self-serve, from 10 slots.

The short version

Which one should you buy?

Mailreef is priced for teams that fill a server. Below that you pay for capacity you do not use, plus a fee on every send. InfraOptimal lets you buy a dedicated IP at the size you are today and grow a slot at a time.

Pick InfraOptimal

  • You want to start at 10 mailboxes, not a whole server
  • You do not want a fee on every email
  • You want to sign up and send today, with no demo

  • You will commit to 12 months to save $9 a month
FAQ

InfraOptimal vs Mailreef, answered

Is Mailreef's dedicated server better than a dedicated IP?
For isolation, both keep other customers' behaviour off your reputation. A whole server matters mostly for very large estates. For most teams the dedicated IP is what protects placement.
What does the per-send fee add up to?
At 100 mailboxes sending 30 emails a day, about 90,000 emails a month, or $90 on top of the $249 server. InfraOptimal has no per-send fee.
Do I need a demo to start with InfraOptimal?
No. Sign up, choose your slots and your first mailboxes are provisioned and authenticated in minutes.
Can InfraOptimal handle agency volume?
Yes. Add slots as you grow, and every volume tier lowers the rate on every mailbox you run. Extra dedicated IPs are $50 a month when you want to split clients.
