Do I need a separate dialer or phone system?
No. The Dialer is built into MailOptimal. Buy a number in-app, then call from the lead record, the call queue or a campaign step. Numbers, recordings, transcripts and outcomes all live on the same lead.
Where do the numbers come from?
You buy them inside MailOptimal. US and Canada numbers are available now: search by area code and pick local or toll-free. A local number is $1.30 a month and toll-free $2.30, billed every three months on its own subscription. Other countries are available on request, and all numbers go through a compliance review.
How is calling priced?
Plans start at $19 a month with credits, a number and a seat included. Connected minutes use credits, 2 credits a minute for US outbound, which is about $0.04. Top-up packs never expire.
Can I receive inbound calls?
Yes. A number can ring the whole workspace or one rep, with voicemail when nobody answers. Inbound calls are matched to the lead and logged with the same outcomes as outbound.
Are calls recorded and transcribed?
Only if you turn it on, per workspace or per call. Recordings attach to the call log with a searchable transcript, and you control which regions play a recording notice.
Do call outcomes move leads in the pipeline?
Yes. Meeting booked moves the deal to Meeting, not interested closes it as lost, wrong number disqualifies it and a callback creates a task at the time the prospect asked for.
