Score

One number for the whole workspace

The first thing on your dashboard is a health score from 0 to 100, with the change since the last period. It blends where your warmup mail lands with how your live campaigns perform, so one bad domain cannot hide behind a good average.

Know what broke, why, and what to do

Problems are ranked by severity and written in plain language, each with the fix next to it. You do not need to read a chart to know which sender to pause.

  • Spam spikes, bounce breaches and reply drops flagged early
  • Pause a mailbox, cut volume or extend warmup from the issue itself
  • Jump straight to the DNS fix or an inbox placement test

Measure deliverability by the replies you get

Delivered only means the receiving server accepted the email, not that it reached the inbox. Mail in the inbox gets human replies and mail in spam does not, so reply rate is the clearest live signal. Above 5% is healthy, under 3% needs a look.

What is the Deliverability Center?
A report on your MailOptimal dashboard that monitors deliverability across warmup and live campaigns. It scores every domain, mailbox and inbox provider, flags problems as they appear and lets you act on them straight away.
Where do I find it?
On the dashboard, as soon as you have a connected mailbox. There is nothing to install or switch on.
How is the health score calculated?
It is a 0 to 100 score weighted from warmup inbox rate (50%), campaign reply rate against a 6% benchmark (40%) and setup maturity (10%).
Why use reply rate to judge campaign deliverability?
Delivered only means the receiving server accepted the email. Mail in the inbox gets human replies and mail in spam does not, so reply rate is the clearest live signal. Above 5% is healthy and under 3% needs attention.
What can I do from the report?
Pause a mailbox, lower its daily volume, extend or restart warmup, open the DNS fix for a domain, or run an inbox placement test, all from the issue itself.
How much history is kept?
Three months of warmup and campaign data. View today, 7 days, 30 days or the full three months.
