A board of every open deal with its owner, campaign and value. Drag a card to the next stage and the column totals update as you go. Prefer rows? Switch to the list view of the same deals and sort by value or close date.

  • Twelve stages out of the box, rename, reorder or hide any of them
  • Owner, campaign and tags on every card
  • Open value totalled per column and across the pipeline
  • Board and list views, grouped by stage, owner, tag or status

Replies are sorted before you read them

When a lead replies to a campaign, MailOptimal reads the intent and files the deal in the right stage, with a confidence score so you know how sure it is. Interested replies rise to the top. Out-of-office and unsubscribes stay out of the pipeline.

What is the MailOptimal CRM?
A deal pipeline built into MailOptimal. Every reply to your campaigns becomes a deal card you can drag through stages, from contacted to won, without paying for or syncing a separate CRM.
How do deals get created?
Automatically. When a lead replies, MailOptimal creates a deal and files it by the intent of the reply. Deals also come from Dialer call outcomes, Lead Finder and Company Followers imports and CSV uploads, and you can add one by hand.
Can I change the stages?
Yes. The pipeline ships with twelve stages from Contacted to Won and Lost. Rename, reorder, hide or add stages to match how your team sells.
Can I forecast revenue?
Yes. Give a deal a value and an expected close date and it rolls up into open-pipeline and won totals by stage, by owner and for the whole workspace, in any of six currencies.
Board or list?
Both. Switch between a drag-and-drop board and a sortable list of the same deals, and group either by stage, owner, tag or lead status.
Do I still need HubSpot or Salesforce?
Not to track outbound. If you already run a CRM for the rest of the business, deals and activity sync out through the API and webhooks.
